Online class bookings:
Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
Early cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours in advance only online. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. The teacher will not be able to process any cancellations.
Late cancellations: Any cancellations made after this time (within 6 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class or refunded.
Classes can be bought as a Drop-in (1 class, specified at time of booking), 6 class pass or 8 class pass. You will have 2 (calendar) months to use your 6 class pass and 3 (calendar) months to use your 8 class pass, from the date of purchase.
Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass upon attendance, or you can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card (excluding AMEX) online.
Class bookings in person
It is not possible for us to accept card payments in person: transactions at the class can only be made in cash and only for individual class drop ins or monthly subscriptions – not Class passes (that must be paid for through the online booking system).
