Booking procedure, cancellation & refund policy

(a) On submission of your application form we will contact you to process your application within 7 days. Further information or a phone interview may be required.

(b) All payments made are non-refundable. The cost of the course may vary with various promotions prior to the start date of the course: once payment has been made no refund can be offered nor a discount replied retrospectively.

Program Fees: there are several options available to arrange payment including:

  • ‘All in one’: £1500
  • Deposit and instalments: Deposit of £750 and ten further payments of £100 prior to the start of each individual weekend
  • Other payment schedules can be arranged individually at the discretion of the Training provider.

(c) It is not possible at any stage to transfer your booking to another programme or service, nor is it possible to transfer your booking for use by another student.

(d) Should you be unable to attend the programme due to severe illness, injury, or pregnancy, you will be able to transfer onto a future teacher training programme if sufficient evidence from your GP or other registered doctor is provided.

(e) In the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled or changed, you will be able to transfer onto a future training. There will be no compensation available from us for any related costs you may have incurred such as travel and accommodation.

(a) Payment for the Training should be made via the website.

(b) You will be expected to purchase (or otherwise acquire) items on the reading list at your own cost in preparation for the programme. An approximate total cost of £50.

(c) You will need to organise yoga teacher public liability insurance at your own cost (we will discuss this during the first week of the programme). The price of this can vary but in the past has been around £50 per year. Participants can register with YTT CIC as a ‘Trainee Teacher’ for £18 and receive a £10 discount for insurance from BGi.

(d) During the programme an assignment will be given which will involve you going to several yoga classes in addition to those classes (‘Morning Intensives’) provided as part of the Yoga Teacher Training. These classes will be at your own cost so please therefore budget for this. There are many free or affordable options including online classes.
